In this reservation terms and conditions agreement “You” or “Your” means the persons who requested a reservation and on whose behalf the reservation is made.
“We” means to be “Kaska Emlak Limited Şirketi” with tax number 5270939441, registered at Şehitler Caddesi, No: 31-1 Kalkan Mahallesi, Kaş, Antalya/Turkey. And our company is also an official travel agency registered with the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. Holitat.com, on the other hand, is one of the websites and sales channels registered to our company where we carry out our travel agency activities.
Payment and Reservation
The process begins with the reservation request sent via Holitat.com. A second form will be sent to you by mail or other options if you wish, and your reservation will proceed to the payment section. If you pay 30% of the total payment before the specified payment deadline, your reservation will be complete. In addition, the payment of this prepayment means that you accept the terms of this contract, which you also approved when sending the reservation request. Once you have paid the prepayment, you will receive an additional information e-mail that confirms your reservation and contains information about your reservation. If you wish, you can pay the remaining payment online within 30 days of your reservation or in cash at the entrance to your accommodation. You must inform our representative of your choice regarding the remaining payment at the time of booking.
Bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards or money transfer agencies can be used as payment methods. Our prices and the payments we will receive are in Euro, which is the most optimal solution since we appeal to a wide audience.
Cancellation Conditions
In case of 60 days or more before the start of the stay, if cancellation is requested the entire prepayment amount will be charged as cancellation fee. And in cases between 60 and 30 days left to the start of the stay, 50% of the reservation amount, in cases less than 30 days 80% of the reservation cost is charged as cancellation fee. In villas owned by Holitat, you have the right to cancel free of charge for up to 30 days. For cancellations less than 30 days, only the prepayment amount will be charged as cancellation fee. In addition, we have the right to cancel in cases where we will not able to serve you in the property where you will be staying due to unforeseen reasons (such as a pandemic, flood, earthquake, or political turmoil). In such unfortunate cases, our priority is to offer you similar or different accommodation options, if you accept, the prepayment you paid will be transferred to the booking of the new accommodation. If you do not accept, your prepayment will be returned to you via bank transfer.
Accommodation Conditions & Damage Deposit and Situations
More than the number of people specified at the beginning of the reservation process is not allowed to stay in the property. A damage deposit of 500 euros will be charged from you at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage. In case of any damage to the property during the stay, you will be charged for the damage during or after the stay. You will not be responsible if you notify us when taking over the property of tools and equipment that are not working or are found to be damaged. No noise is allowed at certain hours (after 23.00 or before 9.00) not to disturb the environment and neighbours. We or the property owner are not responsible for any disruption of public services or inconveniences; however, we guarantee that we will make the necessary efforts to solve the problem and we will forward the situation to the relevant government units. We will also help you to follow up the process on your behalf regarding the problem.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00 at the latest. Late check-out or early check-in may be subject to additional charges, you can get the arrangements and information from our representative at the time of booking. A standard welcome pack is left at your entrance, which is entirely our courtesy at Holitat. You can also request an extra special thing, but you may be charged. Please ask in advance.
Privacy Policy
As Holitat, we respect your privacy and comply with the rules accordingly. This privacy policy will inform you about how we collect and process data. If you send us a request through our forms, send a reservation request or reach us through our communication channels, your information will be recorded in this way. You can then send us an e-mail request to change your communication preferences. Your anonymous data is collected by Google, Meta tools and cookies when you visit holitat.com. This anonymous data is used for marketing purposes or to measure the performance of our website. An example of this anonymous data; number of users visiting a page, average time spent on website per user, etc. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties or organizations. The data obtained may only be shared with third parties for legal or technical purposes. Using our website means you accept our privacy policy. If you do not accept our privacy policy, please do not use our website.
